Art therapy program assists refugee students

Mater receives Community Partners Award

On 3 December 2008 Holy Cross Laundry, with the support of the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, celebrated International Day of People with Disability by presenting recognition awards. Mater Health Services was recognised at the ceremony and received a Community Partners Award.

Mater Staff Long Service Awards

On Wednesday 3 September 2008 more than 150 people celebrated the commitment and long service of Mater staff at the Staff Long Service Awards.

Performance development made ClEAR

A new performance development system was introduced in 2008 called ClEAR. It is an organisation-wide initiative aimed at making performance development an integral part of day-to-day life at Mater.
